Not include：
1.  Overtime fee: airport transfer service is provided for 60 minutes’ waiting time for free.
In excess of 60 minutes will be charged 50 euros, less than 1 hour will be charged for 1-hour (please pay the overtime fees directly to the driver). Waiting time is up to 2 hours.
2.The price is applicable for the transfer distance within 30 KM. If beyond the range, each extra  kilometer will be charge by 1 euro/KM.
3.Each passenger is allowed to carry one luggage and suitcase for free; If you bring one more luggage, the passenger number should be cut down one. Or you can pay 20 euro for the extra luggage.

General Terms & Conditions：
1. Please notice that you should book transfer service and provide flight information at least 7 days in advance. Within 7 days, please contact our customer service to double check and reconfirm your reservation.
2. The voucher will be sent to your email within three days before the transfer service.
3. Please inform us of the specific date for the transfer, the hotel name and the contact number of the passenger (and WeChat ID) in order to get in touch. 
4. 7-seater car will be used by 5 passengers at most, and four 24-inch suitcases could be placed. Large vehicle is recommended when there’s heavy luggage, in case your schedule might be postponed. Please fill in the number of passengers accurately. If overloaded, the driver has the right to refuse to take the passengers.
5. Please prepare your travel itinerary in advance when you pass the custom inspection in order not to delay your journey, and please contact the driver at the first time after landing. Starting from the actual flight landing time, the driver will wait for 60 minutes for free. Waiting time up to 2 hours, in excess of 60 minutes will be charged 50 euros, less than 1 hour will be charged for 1-hour (please pay the overtime fees directly to the driver).
For airport drop-off, please also contact the driver in advance. The driver will wait at the reception of the hotel lobby or agreed sites. If over 30 minutes, he has the right to leave.
6. Night service fee:
Airport transfer service is only provided in the regular working hours from 07:30 am to 21:00 pm. Otherwise the cost should be increased by 30 euro during other period.
7. No need to tip the driver. But If you are satisfied with driver's service, why not?
8. The driver is only responsible for the airport transfer to the hotel for group stay (or pre-agreed hotels), and the driver is unaware of anything about your journey.
9. The car type for airport transportation :
The 5-seat car can take 3 pax with 20 inch luggage.
The 7-seat car can take 5 pax with 24 inch luggage.
The 9 seat car, can take 7 pax with 26-inch luggage.
If you want to bring one more luggage, the passenger number should be cut down one. Or you can pay 20 euro for the extra luggage.
10.The price is applicable for the transfer distance within 30 KM. If beyond the range, each extra  kilometer will be charge by 1.5 euro/KM.

Cancellations and Changes：
1. Due to force majeure (such as weather, politics, war, etc.) during the journey, the transfer has to be terminated earlier or the destination should be altered, no refund will be made for the exceptional circumstances, please be understanding.
2.If the customer is unable to travel on time due to issues such as passport or visa, no refund will be made. 
3. Please wait at the Airport Exit. Refer to your confirmation voucher for detailed instructions on where you will meet your driver.We will wait up to one hour of the carrier's scheduled arrival time. We will still try to transfer you after this time but we can't guarantee it as we have other passengers to transfer.
4. Please contact us at least 3 days in advance if you need to modify the transfer time, location and flight number, otherwise the info cannot be changed.
5. Cancellation fee
·Free cancellation: 7 days or more prior to the date of service.
·50% cancellation Fee : between 7 days and 3 days prior to the date of service;
·100% cancellation Fee : 2 days or less prior to the date of service

Attention:
Our pick-up and drop-off products require guests to have a destination document (valid for more than half a year), a visa or an endorsement. Questions such as the inability to travel due to their own documents, visas or endorsements cannot be cancelled or changed.
