1. Due to force majeure (such as weather, politics, war, etc.) during the journey, the transfer has to be terminated earlier or the destination should be altered, no refund will be made for the exceptional circumstances, please be understanding.
2.If the customer is unable to travel on time due to issues such as passport or visa, no refund will be made. 
3. Please wait at the Airport Exit. Refer to your confirmation voucher for detailed instructions on where you will meet your driver.We will wait up to one hour of the carrier's scheduled arrival time. We will still try to transfer you after this time but we can't guarantee it as we have other passengers to transfer.
4. Please contact us at least 3 days in advance if you need to modify the transfer time, location and flight number, otherwise the info cannot be changed.
5. Cancellation fee
·Free cancellation: 7 days or more prior to the date of service.
·50% cancellation Fee : between 7 days and 3 days prior to the date of service;
·100% cancellation Fee : 2 days or less prior to the date of service
