北京－荷蘭商務簽證攻略（07年9月）
根據荷蘭使館的要求，需要准備一下材料：
1. 一張完整填寫並簽名的申根簽證申請表
2. 兩張照片。（彩色近照，正面，白色背景）
3. 在返回中國後有效期不少於90天的護照, 該護照必需有至少一頁空白簽證頁，以及該護照身份頁和簽字頁的復印件一張。
4. 身份證復印件，正反面都需復印。
5. 機票訂位單。（注意：在獲得簽證批准前請不要購買機票！）
6. 醫療保險原件以及復印件,該保險必須適用於申根國,保險額為至少3萬歐元的緊急醫療以及回國的醫療費用。（如果簽證被拒絕，而保險公司不同意退還保險，可以選擇在簽證被批准後再遞交保險單）
7. 在所有申根國停留的飯店定單
8. 荷蘭公司的正式邀請信原件, 用英文或者荷蘭文列印。（只有在緊急情況並經同意，邀請信的傳真件可以接受，但還必須附簽字人的護照/身份證復印件。）
請用官方抬頭紙，注明邀請公司的完整地址，電話，傳真，簽字人的姓名以及職位。
- 注明訪問目的,預計停留期限,和詳細的日程安排
- 注明誰負責支付費用
- 如果邀請方支付費用，請提供邀請公司的財務狀況證明
- 如果邀請人擔保申請人按時回國，請注明。
- 邀請公司在當地的注冊證明，該證明對決定簽證結果會有幫助。
9. 申請人雇用方出具的經蓋章的派遣信原件。需翻譯成英文或荷蘭文。
- 請用官方抬頭紙，蓋公章，並注明日期及簽字人的姓名和職位。
- 注明雇用單位的完整地址，電話，傳真。
- 注明申請人的姓名，職位，薪水，以及工作年限。
- 注明申請人的訪問目的，並確認訪問完畢後繼續在單位工作。
- 注明誰負責支付費用。
10. 中方單位營業執照，並附英文或荷蘭文翻譯。（原件+復印件）
11. 證明有足夠資金，以支付旅行和生活費用：
- 如果雇傭單位付費：單位的財務狀況證明（例如，銀行對帳單，年終收支表復印件。）
- 如果申請人自己付費：個人的財務狀況證明 （例如, 近三個月的薪水單， 近三個月的銀行對帳單，旅行支票等等）
一開始看到這些資料，頭都暈了，最後准備下來其實也還好，很多東西走遍歐洲這里都是有模版的，自己再整理一下就好了。
1. 申請表。其實也不是很難，就是比較瑣屑和麻煩，耐心點填就好了。
2+3+4 估計是最簡單的幾項，很容易准備啦。
5. 我是通過公司訂的票，對方是旅行社，給了一張傳真過來的定位單，簽證下來後我才給錢出票的。
6. 買了友邦的保險609塊，20天的簽證計劃險。
7. 因為是公務簽證，所以荷蘭公司的邀請信里說明了會包括飯店安排在內。後來我擔心不夠，又讓對方提前把飯店訂了，並出了個證明，但簽證官並沒有要求看。
8. 我們公司每年都有人去荷蘭，所以已經有個很好的模版了。
9. 這個也是有模版的。
10. 公司的人力資源說不需要，因為我們之前辦的時候，已經把營業執照的資料都放在那里，但我不放心，自己找個模版翻譯了一下。簽證官的確沒有看。
11. 沒有自己的資金證明，已說明荷蘭公司全包了。
